Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping (5–10 business days) — rates calculated at checkout
• Expedited Shipping (2–5 business days) — rates calculated at checkout

Free Shipping Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders over $85 for Lifetime Members.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status through the carrier's website.

Delays We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Lost or Stolen Packages KIR-SON is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
